I want to express, even just a little, in words all that I have seen, heard, learned, and experienced so far. Since childhood, I vaguely attended church and believed in God, but there was always a lingering doubt in one corner of my heart: Does God really exist? Even while attending church, the Bible was merely a textbook unrelated to me, and instead of finding anything to learn or emulate in the pastors who claimed to testify about God, I saw them mistreating congregants for the sake of money. Eventually, I gave up, resigning myself to the belief that “God does not exist.”
Why did Jesus pick Judas?
Do you know the fundamental reason why light and darkness, sin and virtue, evil and righteousness, Satan and angels exist? The omniscient and omnipotent God, as well as Christ, did not unknowingly choose Judas, unaware of his betrayal. Christ fully knew that He had to be crucified. Judas’ faith serves as a warning to all Christians today. His was a faith of the flesh, driven by desires, and because of this, though he was a disciple meant to testify of Christ, he ultimately betrayed Him for material gain.
Why do sins exist
Light is beautiful because darkness exists. It is through darkness that we can truly recognize the presence of light. In the same way, goodness exists because sin exists, allowing us to discern the precious value of virtue. In other words, sin must exist so that we can fully distinguish between good and evil, righteousness and sin. Therefore, light and darkness, good and sin, righteousness and evil—all are necessary and hold significant value. He came to call sinners. Through sin, He seeks to place all humanity in humility, for sin grants the grace that leads to humility.
