The Bible states that the children of God do not commit sin. It also says that whoever sins belongs to the devil. Regardless of whether a person is a Christian or a non-Christian, anyone who sins is a sinner before God and a child of the devil. Therefore, those who continually repeat sin are not true Christians, nor are they followers of Christ, but rather children of the devil who are destined for judgment. All people who follow their desires by nature inevitably fall into sin due to their greed. That is why they are called ‘children of wrath’ by nature.

Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.(Ephesians 2 : 2-3)

He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.(1 John 3 : 8)

Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. (John 8 : 34)

The Bible states that the children of God do not commit sin.

Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.(1 John 3 : 9-10)

The Bible states that the children of God do not commit sin. It also declares that everyone who sins belongs to the devil. Whether one is a Christian or a non-Christian, anyone who commits sin is a sinner before God and merely a child of the devil. Therefore, those who continually repeat sin are not true followers of Christ but rather children of the devil, destined for judgment. By nature, all who follow their desires are inevitably led to sin because of their greed.

Those who believe in God for the sake of obtaining salvation cannot enter the kingdom of heaven. Likewise, those who claim to believe in God simply by attending worship services will never enter heaven. God is love.

And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.(1 John 4 : 16)

Only those who abide in love truly abide in God, and that love is the love of the cross—sacrificing even one’s own life.

For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself.(Romans 14 : 7)

For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.(Galatians 5 : 13-15)

Christ commanded that you also lay down your lives for your brothers, even to the point of giving up your own life. A life of self-sacrifice is the life of Christ. However, Christians do not live a life of sacrifice. Instead, they live for their own desires, lusts, and greed, pursuing nothing but their own happiness, success, and prosperity.

Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.(Exodus 20 : 7)(Deuteronomy 5 : 11)(Leviticus 19 : 11-12)

But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; (Ephesians 5 : 3)

That is why they only offer vain prayers. It is written, ‘Do not cry out in vain,’ yet they continue to offer vain prayers where only unclean spirits can work. They do not live the life of Christ but instead live a life of the flesh, spending their entire lives praying only for worldly concerns—family problems, business problems, job problems, relationship issues, family conflicts, and children’s issues. How can such people ever follow the love of the cross? Christians who do not have the love of Christ are not true followers of Christ. Only true Christians can be saved. Not those who merely call themselves Christians, but only those who truly live the life of Christ—those who follow the path of sacrifice, even to the point of giving up their own lives—only they, who hold on to the hope of Christ, can receive salvation.

For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.(Titus 2 : 11-14)
