Questions

What is considered truth is that which is applied, felt, and experienced personally in one’s own life. However, within religion, what is taught as “truth” is often an indirect realization gained through someone else’s—i.e., a third party’s—experience. This, in turn, constantly stirs up awakening, resolutions, and determinations. In reality, though, it is like eating a rice cake in a picture—appealing in appearance, but ultimately something you cannot actually eat. It is knowledge and theory that looks good but cannot be applied in a practical way. In other words, the so-called realizations you gain through religion, based on someone else’s experience, amount to nothing more than theoretical knowledge or intellectual value.

They are insights and knowledge that cannot be applied to your actual life. Meanwhile, the real and requiring questions that you need in your life and problems you face—such as ‘Why must I live through this suffering and hardship?’, ‘What am I living for?’, ‘Why is this issue occurring in my body?’, or ‘What must I believe and how must I live to become a true child of God’s truth?’—remain unanswered. Instead, you keep circling around the surface of things, stuck in place like a hamster running on a wheel, with no real change between ten years ago and now. And when asked what the true substance of your faith is in such a life, it becomes difficult to answer. In the face of this reality, this message offers the answers that resolve all your questions.

Since the answers to all these questions have been given in the form of brief comments with limited space online, the responses are concise and might not fully explain everything in detail. If you would like more in-depth insights, please refer to the author’s lectures or written posts. If your questions still remain unresolved, feel free to post them on the Questions— we’ll respond either in writing or, depending on the case, with a video.

Hello everyone

I've been raised Christian for my whole life, Baptized at 7, and I've taken communion multiple times

For the past few years I've gotten deep into my faith. I've been re learning and re reading parts of the Bible over and over, along with various interpretations of passages and wrightings from pastors and priests

Suffice it to say, I've entered a cycle: where I research heavily into a topic of the Bible, ESPECIALLY regarding salvation, and I research more and more passages about it and read and listen as much as possible

And you know what happens? Instead of bringing me peace, the word of God often brings me deep turmoil and depression

And not because I disagree with the Bible, and want to live "my own way" I daily pray for wisdom strength and knowledge to follow God, and for him to make my spirit and flesh and every thought and desire turn to Him

But I continue to go through this cycle of depression, that being doubting whether I truly have saving faith, and it hurts

I know people will quote things like "if you confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord, and believe in your heart God resurrected him, you will be saved" or

" whoever does not works but has faith, his faith will be credited as righteousness "

"what work does God require for us to be saved? this is the work of God: to believe in the one He has sent"

But what about the people in the Bible who devote themselves to ministry in their mind, yet Jesus "never knew them"?

What about the requirement of repentance?

"12 Speak and act as those who are going to be judged by the law that gives freedom, 13because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

Faith and Deeds

14 What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? 15Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. 16If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? 17In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.

18 But someone will say, “You have faith; I have deeds.”

Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds. 19You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder"

If I don't have sufficient fruits of the Spirit, who's to say I was ever truly saved? "By their works you shall know them" My works wouldn't give evidence that I'm saved:

I donate money to charities, but I could donate more I don't volunteer enough or spend enough time around other believers

I mean, what is saving faith?

Yes I believe Christ died for my sins and rose again

Yes I try my best to repent, forgive others, love others, not judge people harshly But I can't work my way into heaven

If God never sent his Spirit into me... I'm screwed Repentance and changing of heart is FROM God

If God didn't choose me....

How can I know I'm saved with any modicum of confidence? When one passage seems to contradict or superseded another

When, if I believe in one passage and live my life accordingly, it could damn me because of a different passage

Help please

You truly seem to be someone who has had a beautiful and deep struggle before God. You have contemplated seriously upon the Word, rooted in Scripture—and I believe you are someone who has received the deep grace of God in your desire to seek Him. I earnestly pray that through this struggle, you may come to find the beautiful path of salvation that leads to the God of love. With that hope, I will offer you my response.

The faith of the majority of Christians can be clearly divided into two types. Whether they are pastors, church officers, or lay believers, most possess either a fleshly faith aimed solely at their own happiness, success, and well-being, or a faith rooted in intellectual, emotional, or theoretical values. There are very few, like you, who pursue the substance and heart of the Word and seek the way of God by reflecting upon themselves through the Word. Far too many are unaware that the salvation and faith they believe they possess, born out of self-motivated zeal and self-praise, are in fact standing in opposition to God.

Because so many believe in God while still clinging to the world and to material things, all manner of distortion, heresy, and falsehood now dominate what is taught and learned. Rather than being a model of light and salt, believers end up living lives of faith where they speak all their lives without acting and only listen all their lives without truly living. The reason is that their faith is driven by the essential desires of the flesh—desires for their own happiness, blessing, success, and prosperity.

Even after a lifetime of repentance and remorse, they remain enslaved to sinful habits, and though they may be stirred by sermons and resolve to change, they inevitably turn back and sin again—because they do not overcome the limitations of the flesh nor receive the power of God. A faith like this—without the power of God's Spirit—is not the faith of a true Christian who lives pursuing the love of Christ and the hope of Christ. That is why such a person ends up repeating sin their whole life. And whoever lives repeating sin all their life is not a servant of God, but a servant of sin, a child of the devil.

...Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.(1 John 3 : 5~10)

There are far too many pastors and believers who, even while spending their whole lives repenting and reflecting, remain enslaved to evil habits that lead them to turn back and sin again—who gradually begin to take their sins lightly, become increasingly bold about them, and eventually grow so shameless and brazen about their own sins that they no longer even feel guilt in their conscience.

Although human beings may awaken, resolve, and make firm decisions, they inevitably fall back into sin because there is no one who teaches the truth that enables them to receive the power of God which destroys the evil habits of sinful humanity. As a result, most believers live their lives chasing after teachings and emotional inspiration, relying only on their own strength through repeated awakenings, resolutions, and determinations. These turn into a kind of faith driven by impulsive willpower and turned into doctrine through knowledge, theory, and emotion.

Today, all Christians have come to resemble the patterns of religious instruction seen in every other religion. Like worldly teachings, the words, theories, and emotional inspirations being taught and learned only stir personal awakenings, resolutions, and commitments—but they do not teach the fundamental reason why sin is repeated, nor do they reveal the divine power capable of eradicating sin.

In other words, Christians today are like the blind leading the blind, because they do not teach the truth of God’s power which transcends human limitations—limitations that no amount of lifelong awakening, resolution, or determination can overcome to bring about true rebirth and transformation.

Those who chase after a fleshly life for their own happiness, success, and prosperity are not Christians who follow the love of Christ.

If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.(1 Timothy 4 : 6)

But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.(Ephesians 4 : 15~16)

For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works....(Titus 2 : 11~15)

And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.(Romans 5 : 3~5)

Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.(Colossians 2 : 18~19)

The truth is to lead and teach people to receive the power of God that transcends the limitations of human nature—limitations that cannot be overcome even after a lifetime of awakenings, resolutions, and firm commitments. God’s truth is not about words or theories—it is the power that follows after love. Emotional inspiration that comes from intellectual understanding, reasoning, or feeling is neither the grace of God nor His truth. That is why even the power of faith as small as a mustard seed has not been manifested. The truth is what enables us to receive the divine power that transcends human limitations. It is what leads us out of the cycle of sin, driven by the very nature of humanity that can only continue to sin. In other words, it is to lead people to receive the power that sets them free from sin.

Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.(Romans 6 : 16~18)

For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.(Romans 8 : 19~21)

All human sin begins from greed that follows after the desires of the flesh. However, those who dwell in the love of God—even to the point of laying down their own lives—do not harbor greed, and therefore do not commit sin. Moreover, love covers all sins. That is why we are told to receive the love of God. The gift of power that follows after God's love is the grace of God that sets us free from sin and provides us with the righteousness of love. But sadly, I have not seen even a single shepherd of God who truly leads people to be set free from sin.

We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness. And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.(1 John 5 : 18~20)

...Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God....(1 John 3 : 5~10)

Acts of kindness and love that arise from human will or momentary intentions are not the love of Christ. The love of Christ refers to the love of God that comes through the gift granted by the power of God. It is not human affection that stems from the essential nature and will of man, but the love of Christ that is carried out by receiving the love empowered by God. Any act of love that does not come from the love supplied by God is not the true love of Christ that comes from God.

For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.(Romans 10 : 2~3)

For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them. And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same.(Luke 6 : 32~33)

For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.(Matthew 5 : 46~48)

The truth is to be equipped with the power to do good by following after the power of God's love. A beautiful Christian is one who, through this gift of God's power, receives and practices love. It is not an act driven by personal willpower, but a gift of God's power that exists in the life of a true Christian who lives with the hope of Christ as their goal, following after the love of Christ.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.(2 Timothy 3 : 16~17)

Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.(2 Thessalonians 2 : 9~10)

All teachings and inspirations of religions that prioritize words and theories are merely human teachings—like leaven that only puffs up the heart. The true truth and salvation of God is to teach and lead people to receive the love that comes from the divine power, which transcends the limitations of humanity that inevitably lead to repeated sin.

Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:(1 Peter 1 : 5~6)

For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect. For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God....(1 Corinthians 1 : 17~21)

For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you.(2 Corinthians 13 : 4)

For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.(Titus 3 : 3~7)

We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.(1 John 3 : 14)

Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.(3 John 1 : 11)

But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil. Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.(James 4 : 16~17)

Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.(Hebrews 16~17)

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error. Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.(1 John 4 : 1~13)

Fleshly faith that serves God while also clinging to the world and material things is a faith that, for a lifetime, seeks only worldly concerns for personal happiness, success, and smooth prosperity—such as family issues, business problems, workplace troubles, children's concerns, romantic relationships, and health matters.

These are all flesh-driven forms of faith that pursue only the desires of the flesh and seek things that belong to the world and the body, according to one’s own lusts. There is no one who seeks love according to the will of God.

but the sorrow of the world worketh death.(2 Corinthians 7 : 10)

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.(1 John 2 : 15~16)

Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.(James 4 : 3~4)

For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.(Romans 8 : 13)

So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.(Romans 7 : 25)

But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.(Romans 13 : 14)

But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government....(2 Peter 2 : 10~22)

For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.(Romans 8 : 5~7)

Pursue the truth that leads you to receive the spiritual gift of power that comes from God's love—power that puts to death the lusts, greed, and habits that cause you to repeat sin.

Do not follow teachings and inspirations that rely solely on human words and theories, which lead you to depend on your own awakenings, resolutions, willpower, and self-pride—only to end up repeating sin throughout your life.

You yourself are the fruit and the evidence of this truth.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.(Galatians 5 : 22~24)

Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.(Romans 8 : 12~14)

Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;(1 Peter 2 : 11)

For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death. But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.(Romans 7 : 5~6)

A true shepherd of God is one who leads others to personally experience and embody all of the words above and below in their own lives. Indirect, momentary lessons and emotional inspiration drawn from the experiences of others are merely human teachings, not the working of God's power.

Fleshly faith that leads believers to rely on themselves, stirring only awakenings, resolutions, and determinations, is a denial of God's power. Such faith cannot lead to freedom from sin and only teaches all kinds of distortion, heresy, and falsehood—ultimately denying the love of Christ and leading to judgment and destruction.

Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.(1 Peter 4 : 1~2)

....I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied. But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.(Jeremiah 17~22)

Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.(James 5 : 19~20)

And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.(Daniel 12 : 3)

My covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave them to him for the fear wherewith he feared me, and was afraid before my name. The law of truth was in his mouth, and iniquity was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace and equity, and did turn many away from iniquity.(Malachi 2 : 5~6)

Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.(Romans 13 : 8~10)

Due to the sheer volume of the content, I could not record everything. Please feel free to ask God every question you desire—everything will be explained to you clearly and thoroughly. A spirit that cannot answer your questions is not the Holy Spirit of God, but a false and deceitful spirit—it is Satan. The Spirit of God is the Spirit of Truth that penetrates all things. Until your questions reach their very bottom, I can answer all of them. This is not human arrogance, but simply the natural result of the Spirit of Truth that penetrates all things, as the Scripture says.

A pastor once asked me, saying, ‘I’ve read the Bible 500 times. But how many hundreds of times have you read it that you can speak and live in such a way that the Word of God naturally flows out of you?’ I replied, ‘Though you have read it 500 times with your head, the Word of God has entered into my heart.’ He could not understand what I meant when I said that the Word dwells within me.

Human beings cannot escape the limits of knowledge and wisdom learned through their heads. These things cannot be understood through human logic or common sense. The truth is not based on human reason, intellect, or logic, but on the power of truth that comes from following the love of God. Human beings learn through the intellect, but God's truth is the wisdom and power of the divine, received in the heart.

It belongs to the realm of God—a realm that cannot be grasped by human common-sense, understanding, or scholarship. It is the wisdom of God. Until believers reach the very end of their questions, I can answer all of them in such a way that the questions themselves disappear, and they come to personally experience and embody the truth in their daily lives.

But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.(1 Corinthians 2 : 10)

Who hath directed the Spirit of the LORD, or being his counseller hath taught him? With whom took he counsel, and who instructed him, and taught him in the path of judgment, and taught him knowledge, and shewed to him the way of understanding?(Isaiah 40 : 13~14)

But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.(1 John 2 : 27)
