I wouldn’t consider myself a Christian/a religious person and have never really followed any religious scripture so sorry if Its a silly question, but recently i have been contemplating the concept of a higher power and from what I understand of it, if there is an afterlife, those who don’t believe are sent to hell (which to my understanding, is the cessation of existence/spending eternity absent from god). Recently, I’ve been toying with the idea that if there were to be a god, why would he create life and everything for us to experience and marvel at, only to cast us away in the afterlife for simply not believing in something? I know some will say, ‘Well the bible is proof of him, and by not believing, you are separating yourself from him, not him casting you away’. but to me, I dont see why you would be faulted for not reading the book written by the hands of man. People say that God’s love is unconditional, but wouldn’t having to believe to be with him make his love conditional? I guess what I’m trying to say is that I believe that no matter who you are, what you’ve done or what you believe in, god asks nothing from you apart from to experience his creation in any way you see fit, and everyone will get the opportunity to be with god at the end of our lives. Am I wrong to think this way though?

Whether one believes or not, a life that pursues the world and the flesh can only keep repeating sin. Yet for the Christian who follows the hope of Christ—taking up his own cross in the love of the cross, even to the laying down of his life, as the Scripture records—the power and wisdom of God are manifested within the love of God.

Truth is to teach the grace of God by which not human wisdom and knowledge learned by the mind and intellect, but the wisdom and power of God poured into the heart in love become nourishment, so that a person grows into one who surpasses human limits.

Therefore, the awakenings and inspirations of words and theories—like today’s Christian preaching and doctrines that are no different from other religions, which put words and theory first and rely on oneself to awaken, to resolve, and to determine, yet keep one repeating sin until death—are neither the grace of God, nor the truth, nor the Word.

The children of God do not commit sin, but are set free from sin to obtain the fruit of love that leads to God’s holiness, and by prayer they receive the power of God in order to partake of His divine nature. Yet today, within the faith of the flesh, prayer is nothing but an automatic pursuit of happiness, blessing, and ideals that belong to the world and to the flesh, according to one’s own lusts. Thus, all faith that is of the flesh inevitably becomes an enemy and adversary before God. The faith of Christians, who live their whole lives in the vicious cycle of sinning and then turning back to sin again, is such that they continually heap up sin; and worse, many of them gradually treat their sins lightly, then become bolder, until at last they are brazen and shameless about their sins, even taking pride in such disgraceful faith. This is because their conscience has been seared or has become increasingly desolate, and so they are left to live with deprived hearts, empty hearts, anxious hearts, and hearts that wither away. Because they teach and learn according to their own tastes and claims, all manner of delusions and assertions have been turned into “the Word,” turned into “faith,” and even turned into “God” itself. When their distorted selves are exposed in the light of Scripture, their confession before God amounts to nothing more than empty repentance, since in the end, they fall back into the same repeated sins. Thus the faith of the flesh, which lives by the sins of the flesh no different from worldly people, is a faith destined for judgment. It is a faith that despises the holy will of God and mocks the love of the cross, no different from the Judaism that rejected Christ.

In a fleshly life that can only keep repeating sin until the day one dies, there can never be a beautiful life that sacrifices even one’s own life for Christ. Yet through darkness we come to know light; through sin, good; through heresy, what is true; and even by chasing falsehood, there may come an occasion to know the truth. If one comes to understanding through all the tears, lament, afflictions, pains, and sorrows one has suffered, and thereby discovers and follows God’s holy and beautiful will and the true truth of Christ, then all these things become great grace before God and a cause for great thanksgiving. The whole of my insignificant life, stained with sin, becomes great grace; every sin I have committed becomes a treasure that gives birth to humility. In other words, before God my sins are engraved on the tablet of my heart as an indelible witness that I am a sinner, and thus they have yielded the fruit of humility and compassion.

Paradoxically, sin becomes the very soil that, under God’s beautiful love, yields humility. In other words, the fundamental reason human beings—who cannot help but sin—exist is that, through their own sins, they may be led to the grace that gives birth to humility and teaches them to rely on God alone. However, by the words of those who chase only emotional, theoretical, intellectual, and inspirational values—who, though they awaken, resolve, and determine all their lives, still turn back to sin—one cannot escape the yoke of sin, repenting and regretting only to sin again. Put differently, a fleshly faith driven by the desires of the flesh can only keep repeating sin until the day one dies.

God gave us prayer so that we might abandon the flesh, which cannot help but repeat sin, and live the life of Christ—the life of the Spirit—pursuing the love of the cross to the point of laying down even His life. In other words, we are not to live a worldly and fleshly life that endlessly repeats sin born of lust and desire until death, but instead to live the life of Christ, pursuing the hope of Christ in which the power of God works through His love. The divine power is given to those who live such a life. The outcome and fruit of faith differ entirely depending on whether one lives for the world or according to the will of God.

The truth of God is not words, theories, teachings, or inspirations. The truth of God is that which leads us to obtain the mighty power of God that can put to death the habits and members of the evil fleshly nature, which otherwise compels us to repeat sin until death. The doctrines and sermons of Christianity, which resemble the forms of all religions that exalt only words and theories, causing people to rely on themselves and repeat their own awakenings, resolutions, and determinations without ever killing sin, are nothing more than human teachings and emotional words. True truth is that which leads us to obtain the power of God that surpasses human limitations, enabling us to overcome the inevitable repetition of sin even after a lifetime of awakenings, resolutions, and determinations.

God is love. The mighty power of God that is revealed within this love is the authority that destroys the sinful habits of the evil flesh, which otherwise repeats sin throughout life. The divine truth in which the power of God works to annihilate the very nature and habits of the flesh—the root of sin—is itself the power that surpasses human limitations. This is the very strength of God, which cannot be felt nor learned through a lifetime of human teachings, religious philosophies, human wisdom, or academic inspiration. It is the beautiful power of love manifested within the love of God.

For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.(Titus 2 : 11~15)

But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.(Ephesians 4 : 15~16)

Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.(Romans 6 : 16~18)

For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.(Romans 6 : 20~23)

If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.(1 Timothy 4 : 6)

All who serve God while pursuing the world and material things together are none other than antichrists—opposers and enemies before God—who cannot help but follow every form of heresy, corruption, wickedness, and falsehood. A faith that repeats sin makes anyone, without exception, a slave of sin and a child of the devil. The form of Christians who mistakenly believe themselves to be children of God is not a model nor an example like light and salt, but a faith that spends its entire life teaching only in words and listening only in words. Because they pursue their own interests according to their personal circumstances, even after a lifetime of awakenings, resolutions, and determinations, they inevitably fall back into sin and remain bound in the yoke of sin, repeating sin until death.

There is no one who truly teaches and learns the power of God that follows after His love, which sets us free from sin. Instead, most believers waste their years on nothing more than teachings and inspirations of words and theories. What you believe, for what purpose you believe, and how you believe determines your life. Whether your insignificant life until now becomes blessing and grace, or whether through repeated sin it leads to curse and judgment, depends on whether you seek the place where the fruit and evidence based on the Word of God are found, or whether you serve a religion and a church in which no fruit or evidence of Christ can ever appear. Whether you serve the man-made religions and altars that exalt only words and theories, or whether you follow the love of Christ according to God’s holy will, depends on your decision.

All believers alike end up serving churches and altars that deviate from the Word of God, thereby becoming their slaves. This is because, not being armed with the Word of God, they become slaves of heresy. The definition of heresy is that, because all who serve God while pursuing the world and material things inevitably follow only words and theories that lead to every kind of corruption, heresy, and falsehood, they cannot help but seek only their own lusts. Thus, most of them end up forcibly interpreting the Scriptures by misusing the Word, putting forward worldly lessons, worldly knowledge, and all sorts of petty and worldly justifications.

As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.(2 Peter 3 : 16~17)

He that hateth dissembleth with his lips, and layeth up deceit within him; When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for there are seven abominations in his heart.(Proverbs 26 : 24~25)

God is love. The truth is that it leads us to obtain the power of God that is revealed within this love. The true shepherd of God is the one who leads us to receive the power of God that works to put to death the fundamental habits that otherwise cause us to repeat sin.

But because people spend their whole lives chasing after teachings and inspirations that are nothing more than words, relying only on themselves, their own willpower, pride, and resolutions, they remain bound by the limitations of the flesh and inevitably continue to repeat sin. The tragic reality of Christians is that they mistake human teachings and emotional impressions for God’s grace or God’s inspiration. As their consciences grow increasingly desolate, they cannot help but live a continuous life of deprivation, emptiness, anxiety, and thirst.

He that speaketh truth sheweth forth righteousness: but a false witness deceit. There is that speaketh like the piercings of a sword: but the tongue of the wise is health. The lip of truth shall be established for ever: but a lying tongue is but for a moment. Deceit is in the heart of them that imagine evil: but to the counsellers of peace is joy.(Proverbs 12 : 17~20)

When I would have healed Israel, then the iniquity of Ephraim was discovered, and the wickedness of Samaria: for they commit falsehood; and the thief cometh in, and the troop of robbers spoileth without. And they consider not in their hearts that I remember all their wickedness: now their own doings have beset them about; they are before my face. They make the king glad with their wickedness, and the princes with their lies. They are all adulterers, as an oven heated by the baker, who ceaseth from raising after he hath kneeded the dough, until it be leavened.(Hosea 7 : 1~4)

Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees. And they reasoned among themselves, saying, It is because we have taken no bread. Which when Jesus perceived, he said unto them, O ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have brought no bread? Do ye not yet understand, neither remember the five loaves of the five thousand, and how many baskets ye took up? Neither the seven loaves of the four thousand, and how many baskets ye took up? How is it that ye do not understand that I spake it not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees? Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.(Matthew 16 : 6~12)

Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.(1 Corinthians 5 : 7~8)

Cease, my son, to hear the instruction that causeth to err from the words of knowledge. An ungodly witness scorneth judgment: and the mouth of the wicked devoureth iniquity. Judgments are prepared for scorners, and stripes for the back of fools.(Proverbs 19 : 27~29)

He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctines the commandments of men. For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do. And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.(Mark 7 : 6~9)

But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.(2 Peter 2 : 1~3)

Every pastor who teaches by exalting emotional words and human teachings is a false shepherd who denies the love of Christ that follows after the power of God, for where the power of God does not work, they can only teach falsehood, heresy, and corruption. The teachings and inspirations of words are like leavened dough that inevitably perishes, temporarily leading believers to think that all their hopes will soon be fulfilled. With smooth speech and flattery they present themselves as though they were children of God in whom blessing and peace are at work, while at the same time using hell and judgment to drive people with fear and oppression.

This is the true reality of Christianity: it does not know the true gifts in which the power of God works. Instead, it teaches and learns divinations and sorceries that summon demons, treating them as though they were the Holy Spirit or spiritual gifts. Christianity, reeking with every stench of rottenness and corruption, is nothing more than a religion made by man; therefore, it can never surpass the limits of man, who cannot help but repeat sin until death.

Christians do not serve the will of God or the love of Christ. Instead, they deify and idolize churches and altars of human construction that deviate from the Word of God, thereby serving falsehood, corruption, heresy, and lies that stand as enemies and opposers of the Scriptures. Most churches and pastors deviate from the Word of God. In a world where even those who cannot remove the beam from their own eye, repeating sin themselves, teach and are taught, it is a false spirit masquerading as the Holy Spirit that leads, crying “spiritual” without living the life of Christ, the life of the Spirit.

First, equip yourself with eyes and ears that see and hear rightly. Do not believe anything that departs from the Word of God. In order not to be deceived any longer, you must be armed with the Word of God. If you believe recklessly, guided by your emotions, your own thoughts, and your own standards, the result will only be more miserable. Truth is power. It is not the soft and gentle inspirations of words and teachings that lead only to the repetition of sin. Truth is that which leads us to obtain the power of God revealed in His love.

Just because I pray does not mean that God hears everything. If one seeks only for personal happiness and blessing—for family problems, business problems, workplace problems, relationship problems, or health problems—such prayer is a vain prayer, for it is a prayer that seeks lust before God. In such prayers, the spirit of lust disguises itself as though it were God; to those who seek only material things, the spirit of materialism disguises itself as though it were Christ; and to those who seek the world, the spirit of the world disguises itself as though it were an angel. By no means does God work in vain prayers that follow after the things of the world and the flesh. God grants reward to those who, along with His love, seek righteousness.

If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.(1 Timothy 4 : 6)

I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied. But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.(Jeremiah 23 : 21~22)

Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.(James 5 : 19~20)

And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.(Daniel 12 : 3)

My covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave them to him for the fear wherewith he feared me, and was afraid before my name. The law of truth was in his mouth, and iniquity was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace and equity, and did turn many away from iniquity.(Malachi 2 : 5~6)
